Hot Springs Village
Participation in a sales tour is required.
If married, both husband and wife must
participate in a courteous and informative 2-hour sales tour with one of our
licensed real estate professionals during the visit.
Property owners in any other Cooper Community,
employees of CCI, and those who have previously toured
any Cooper Community during the last 12 months are ineligible.
To confirm your room, a major credit card is required. Reservation cancellations must be received
more than 72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival to avoid a charge equal to
one night lodging to your credit card.
Most activities require a user fee and many require advance
reservations. This offer is for Hot Springs Village lodging only. Travel,
meals, activities and taxes are not included.
Void where prohibited by law. This is not an offer or solicitation in those
states where Cooper Land Development, Inc properties are not registered.
